Booking Policy

We require full payment at the time of booking and a contract between you and the owner will come into existence when payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued showing the confirmed holiday dates. 

 

You are entitled to cancel your booking and receive a full refund up until 48 hours after your booking has been confirmed. If you need to cancel after the 48 hour period, you will not be eligible for a refund but we will do our best to replace your booking with new guests. 

You will have the entire 4-storey property to yourself but your host will be available 24/7 should you need any assistance. 

This property is privately owned and is our home. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with the same respect that they would with their own house.

House Rules

We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so we are very flexible and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Flexible check in times

  • Check out is at 11:00

  • Luggage can be left in our secure private storage room at check in & check out

  • No pets are allowed 

  • Smoking is only permitted in the garden and roof terrace

  • No candles are allowed inside

  • Be respectful of the property and our neighbours

  • No parties or events –  We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.

  • Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.

  • Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. Never leave children without adult supervision.
    Candles are not allowed inside the house.
